One entrepreneurial foundation. A new off-price chapter.

Cammi Jack Jeans was established in 2024 by Assaf Cohen, carrying forward an off-price journey built from the ground up.

Assaf began by selling closeout merchandise door to door with his brother before building a career around value retail, global sourcing and trusted vendor relationships. He founded Empire Apparel in 2011, strengthening long-standing partnerships with overseas agents, suppliers and retailers through reliability, brand protection and disciplined distribution.

Cammi Jack Jeans brings that experience into its next chapter, pairing apparel expertise with growing opportunities across Pet, Home and Beauty for today’s value-focused retailers.
